Trecutul
Trecutul face parte din noi. Este ceea ce suntem acum, dar o data ce a trecut nu putem privi mereu in aceeasi directie.
Trecutul e in spate, mergi privind in fata. Nu lasa umbra trecutului sa iti intunece prezentul. Mergand cu fata spre trecut ,ramai acolo, asteptand ca acele momente sa revina , dar ele nu se mai intorc. Priveste in fata, apreciaza ce ai invatat de la trecut , recunoaste lectiile si mergi inainte, inainte spre o noua zi, spre o noua viata, spre tine.
Lectiile trecutului te fac mai puternic. Trecutul e un fost prezent si fiecare prezent devine trecut, ceea ce facem cu el conteaza si face diferenta dintre o viata fericita si o viata cu regrete.
Mereu spun ca fiecare clipa trebuie traita , ca fiecare secunda conteaza pentru ca o data trecuta devine trecut si nu mai poate fi recuperata.
Un prezent trait cu fata intoarsa catre trecut aduce pierderea prezentului.
Cum renunti la trecut?
Niciodata nu vei putea renunta definitiv la el pentru ca este o parte din tine, este ceea ce esti tu acum, dar nu renuntarea la el face diferenta si acceptarea lui ca o parte din tine care nu se mai intoarce.
Oricat de dureros a fost trecutul tau accepta-l ca o parte din tine si paseste cu incredere in prezent , in acel loc minunat in care poti sa faci si sa devii cine vrei tu, in care simti briza marii in parul tau, lacrimezi cand te uiti la soare pentru ca simti viata. Bucura-te de tot ce te inconjoara acum, de mare, de soare, de vant, de frunze, de pescarus, de oameni , de azi.
Viitorul il faci tu, accepta trecutul si traieste prezentul. Cand accepti tot ce te-a ranit si ii dau drumul , nu mai porti dupa tine povara trecutului, nu mai cari pe umeri urmele grele ale trecutului . Viata e usoara, poti respira usurat si simti din plin aerul, viata, iubirea.
Viata are inceput si sfarsit, inceputul este cand simti ca traiesti cu adevarat , cand simti fiecare adiere de vant, cand te bucuri de fiecare clipa traita, iar sfarsitul nu se stie cand va fi, poate azi, poate maine, poate peste multi ani…asa ca traieste frumos azi. Viata are o singura directie inainte, ea nu merge inapoi.Oricat de inaintata ar fi viata ta in ani, ea incepe in clipa cand te trezesti, cand fiecare zi e diferita, cand simti viata, Tot ceea ce facem ne influenteaza viata, e alegerea noastra in ce directie privim viata.
Accepta trecutul, elibereaza-te de el si priveste in fata e singura directie spre care merge viata.
Doar asa poti simti ca traiesti cu adevarat
